Refund policy
Draft: have this text reviewed by a legal advisor before treating it as final.
You can try Edit and Save PDF free for 7 days with every feature before buying. Even so, if the license doesn't work for you, we'll refund you.
Time limit
You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, no reason required.
How to request it
- Email soporte@editandsavepdf.com from the address you used to buy.
- Include your order number (shown on the Lemon Squeezy receipt).
- Optionally tell us what didn't work.
Lemon Squeezy refunds the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days.
What happens to the license
The key is validated offline and can't be deactivated remotely. Once refunded, you agree to stop using the license key. Your files aren't modified.
Exceptions
We may decline requests involving fraud, unlawfully obtained licenses or repeated requests indicating abuse. This policy doesn't limit your rights under Mexican consumer protection law.
