1. Data controller
Jesús Osvaldo Ramírez Guzmán, an individual doing business as RaOs Software (the "Controller"), is responsible for processing your personal data in connection with the Edit and Save PDF website and software, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

This notice covers the website and the Windows program. The Android app has its own privacy policy.
2. Most important: your documents are not processed by us
Edit and Save PDF processes PDF files only on the user's computer. The content of your documents is never sent to the Controller or to third parties, so it is not processed by the Controller. Your documents and license activation are never sent to any server. The direct-installer version only uses the internet to check for updates.
3. Personal data we process

We don't request sensitive personal data. Please don't include confidential documents or sensitive data in support messages.
4. Purposes
Necessary purposes (no consent required): processing your purchase and issuing and activating your license; handling support, refunds and enquiries; meeting tax and legal obligations; preventing fraud and unauthorised license use.
Secondary purposes (consent required): telling you about new versions, features or offers. To refuse, email soporte@editandsavepdf.com at any time or use the unsubscribe link in each message. Refusing doesn't affect your purchase or use of the software.
5. Who we share data with
Transfers. Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC and affiliates, United States) acts as reseller and payment processor and receives your purchase data directly under its own privacy policy. This transfer is necessary to perform the purchase you request. We may also disclose data to authorities when required by law.
Processors. We use providers that process data on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery.
We don't sell or rent your personal data. If you get the software from Microsoft Store, Microsoft processes the purchase and license under its own privacy statement.
6. Your rights
You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights) and revoke consent by emailing soporte@editandsavepdf.com with your name and contact method, proof of identity, a clear description of your request and anything that helps us locate your data, such as your order number. We'll reply within the time limits set by the LFPDPPP. You may also contact the competent Mexican authority, currently the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
7. Cookies
This website uses no cookies. We currently use no web analytics. During your visit only, the site keeps the campaign code you arrived with in your browser to attribute downloads and purchases correctly.
8. Retention and security
We keep your data for the duration of our business relationship and for the periods required by tax and commercial law, protected by reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards.

We'll post any change on this page with its update date.
